Bill has worked in the construction industry for 30 years and has specialised in the Painting and Decorating field for the last 21 years.

During his years in the profession Bill has been responsible for the maintenance and the redecoration of many prestigious Historic Buildings including Balmoral Castle, Dunrobin Castle, Naval and Military Club in Piccadilly and the Bute and Randolph Halls at Glasgow University. On the Commercial and Industrial side he has been responsible for projects for a host of clients including Abbey National, British Telecom, Tesco, Yarrow Shipbuilders, Radio Clyde and Scottish Amicable.

Bill also specialises in a new approach to painting and decorating - Programmed Maintenance Painting. This is a system whereby our company undertakes to provide an Agreement to maintain the painted surfaces of a property over a fixed term, and ensure that the fabric of the building is protected - at all times- during the term of the Agreement. This system contrasts with the traditional practice of painting premises and then leaving them untouched for some years until the paintwork, and in most instances, the underlying materials as well, have deteriorated to the stage when expensive repairs and redecoration are necessary. David has worked in the Painting and Decoration profession for some 35 years.

During his career he has been responsible for many prestige contracts including The Burrell Collection, S.E.C.C, St. Johns Hospital, Ibrox Stadium, United Distillers and Scottish Power, Northgate and Britannia Life Head Office.

Since joining Premier Decorators David has been responsible for many successful contracts including CGU Properties, Kirk Care Housing, Highland Spring, Sun Microsystems, Inveresnaid Hotel, Malmaison Hotel, Stobhill Hospital and the refurbishment of Jellyworks Plc offices in London.

Bill has worked in the Painting and Decoration profession for 3 years. Since graduating from Strathclyde University in 1997 he has gone on to study surveying in the construction industry on a day release course, to further enhance the companys' expertise in this sector of the profession.

Bill is also the ISO 9002 Quality Manger ensuring that all the procedures in the Companys' Quality Manual are adhered to and that any non-conformances are dealt with, with the appropriate corrective action. This Accreditation ensures that Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed.

Bill has been responsible for contracts involving new retail stores; BHS at Braehead and Footlocker in Glasgow; and for existing retail store refits; Tesco stores in Ayr and Milingavie for Dudleys.
